RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from Shades of London. If you need to return your order, just follow these easy steps to send back items within 14 days from the received date!

HOW TO BEGIN MY RETURN​

1.     Place your items in a small box or padded envelope.

2.     Include a note with your:

• Email address

• Order number

• List of the item(s) you’re returning

4.   Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days and depending on your payment method it can take 10-14 business days to post back to your original form of payment.

5.   We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
