Terms and Conditions
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enroll in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.
All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is published on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
All international orders are dispatched through Royal Mail or UK couriers and can take up to 15 working days.
All payments are received securely via PAYPAL. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order.
We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website. All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have completed your order and it has been accepted you will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Missing Items: If your order is missing any items we must be notified within 5 working days of delivery.
We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with, goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked.
If you have received an item that you did not order, please do return the incorrect product and the correct item will be dispatched for you as soon as we have received the product back to us. You will be required to arrange and pay for it’s registered return to us and we shall reimburse your postage.
All product faults must be reported to our Customer Service team via our ‘Contact Us’ form within 48 hours of receiving your order. All faults must be proven by providing a video or photograph of the issue when requested. Any products that are proven faulty will also need to be returned to us and we are more than happy to replace the product for you once received back to us. Any product faults reported outside of the stated 48 hour period will be reviewed on an individual basis by our Customer Service team based on the product care and the amount of time that has lapsed since purchase. We do not guarantee a replacement will be issued.
