Policy for Returns

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within the 14-day window to request a return.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.

How to Return

To start a return, please email us at info@shadesofldn.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll confirm your request and provide instructions.

Return Shipping (Customer’s Responsibility)

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it is unopened and in resealable condition, we will refund your original payment method.

  • Refunds cover the original product cost only.
  • Original delivery charges and return postage are not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
